The platform provides two avatar replication modes: public and private. Public models offer a selection of common character avatars for immediate use. Private models enable greater personalization—you can upload your own photos or videos, and the platform uses advanced AI to replicate your likeness onto a digital human for a realistic result.

Advanced AI algorithms drive and render avatars, accurately capturing lip movements for natural and precise speech. The platform also applies preset actions and expressions to create fluid motion, resulting in vivid and lifelike video performances.

For voice broadcasting, you can choose between public and private voices. Public voices include a variety of common styles suitable for basic needs. Private voices allow you to upload your own voice samples and leverage Alibaba Cloud’s LLM-based voice synthesis capabilities. For AI interaction, the platform combines the Qianwen LLM with RAG to answer user questions by integrating your domain-specific knowledge with the LLM’s general knowledge, generating real-time responses delivered by a digital human. The platform can also display relevant media—such as images and videos—alongside responses to provide a richer information source and enhance the Q&A experience.
