Check resource plan usage

The resource plan usage is full.

1. Purchase a resource file storage plan.

2. Contact technical support.

Verify file upload from Resources > Files

If the file upload still fails:

1. Check if a VPN is enabled on your computer. If it is, disable the VPN and retry the upload.

2. Download the network information for technical support.
