Alibaba Cloud Model Studio service-specific terms
Welcome to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. These Service-Specific Terms ("these Terms") provide specific terms regarding your use of specific services and features on the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio platform. These Terms apply to the model inference service, Model Library trial services, application tools (including application templates, MCP tools, components, and data tools), AI subscriptions, and other services and features on the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio platform. They are a supplement to the Alibaba Cloud Product and Service Agreement and the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio Service Agreement ("Service Agreements"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Service Agreements, these Terms shall prevail. Before using or trialing the relevant services and features, please read the following content carefully. By using these services or features, you agree to these terms:
I. General terms
For AI subscription products (including but not limited to CodingPlan and TokenPlan), we reserve the right to adjust the auto-renewal feature (if any) and upgrade policies, including but not limited to modifying or discontinuing auto-renewal, by providing advance notice via announcements on the official Alibaba Cloud website, on-site messages, or other methods.
You understand and agree that Alibaba Cloud Model Studio makes no commitments or warranties regarding the content (including but not limited to images, videos, audio, and text) generated during your use of application tools or trial services. You are solely responsible for any legal liability, disputes, or losses arising from the use of such content. You agree to compensate Alibaba Cloud Model Studio for any losses it incurs as a result.
For your convenience and management, the TokenPlan Team Edition supports SSO login. The enterprise that registered the corresponding Alibaba Cloud account ("you" or "the enterprise you represent") must complete identity authentication. You or the enterprise you represent must ensure the security of the SSO account and API key ("security credentials"). Alibaba Cloud Model Studio is not liable for any losses resulting from the compromise of these security credentials.
II. Support
1. During your paid service period, we will provide the following basic support services. We offer 24/7 phone consultation (95187, 400 numbers), AI-powered online support, and standard ticket support through our official website, phone, and the Alibaba Cloud app. The scope of support includes:
(1) Consultations about the features, architecture, and services of Alibaba Cloud Model Studio products.
(2) Best practices for using and configuring Alibaba Cloud Model Studio model services.
(3) Usage inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting for Alibaba Cloud Model Studio model services.
(4) Troubleshooting for the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio API and official Alibaba Cloud Model Studio SDKs.
(5) Issues related to the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio management console.
(6) Support for inquiries related to Alibaba Cloud accounts.
(7) Support for inquiries related to Alibaba Cloud finance, contracts, and billing.
2. Alibaba Cloud Model Studio will provide you with after-sales support according to the customer service entitlements standards published on the official Alibaba Cloud website.
3. Alibaba Cloud Model Studio also offers paid value-added support services (including support plans), which take effect after you purchase them on the official Alibaba Cloud website. You can also obtain other paid support services through Alibaba Cloud. For details, refer to the paid support service content on the relevant pages of the Alibaba Cloud website. If your project requires more in-depth technical support (such as business code writing guidance or customized integration solutions), we recommend contacting an Alibaba Cloud account manager to discuss a customized service plan.
III. Trial services
You understand and agree that due to limited resources for trial services, we may impose a quota on your free trial usage. Please adhere to the trial instructions or rules displayed on the product page. We also reserve the following rights:
(1) If a user maliciously occupies activity resources, engages in bulk fraudulent activities, or uses any unconventional means to affect the fairness of an activity, Alibaba Cloud Model Studio has the right to disqualify that user from the activity, reclaim resources, and, if necessary, pursue legal action against the user.
(2) Alibaba Cloud Model Studio may change activities based on operational needs, including but not limited to activity rules and product quantities. Please refer to the latest content on the page. Any rights you have already acquired before a rule change or adjustment will not be affected.
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, AI-generated content must be clearly labeled to prevent confusion or misidentification. You must not remove or tamper with labels such as "AI-generated" added by the trial service.
When you use features such as model trials, you may interact with our service in various forms (collectively, "input"). The system generates corresponding responses or actions based on your input ("output"). Input and output are collectively referred to as "user content". You acknowledge that we collect your user content. Please ensure that your input does not contain personal information. If you include personal information in your input, we will inevitably collect it, and this information may appear in the generated output. Please ensure you comply with applicable laws. You must also ensure that your user content does not infringe on the legal rights of any third party and avoid entering any content that may violate laws or public order and good morals.
If you use features such as voice cloning in the Model Library trial, you represent and warrant that the audio you upload is a recording of your own voice. You must not use the voice of any third party or minor for audio recording. After voice cloning is complete, you may use the result for trial purposes only. The platform deletes your original voice recordings after the cloning task is completed. The platform will not store or use your original voice recordings.
Unless we state otherwise, you agree not to claim any intellectual property rights in the content generated during your trial interactions ("generated content"). The content you generate through model trials may only be used to evaluate the model's performance. It may not be used for any other purpose, including any commercial purpose. You are prohibited from providing it to any third party in any form or from using or distributing it on any third-party platform.
IV. Third-party services and technologies
1. Alibaba Cloud Model Studio may involve or display third-party models, services, or technologies. We will provide explanations of these third-party services and technologies and display relevant third-party agreements, such as third-party service agreements or open source licenses, on relevant product or feature pages and in the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio Service Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that any dispute arising from third-party services or technologies is the third party's sole responsibility, and Alibaba Cloud Model Studio assumes no liability. Alibaba Cloud Model Studio does not provide customer support for third-party software or technology. If you require support, please contact the third party directly.
2. If you integrate Alibaba Cloud Model Studio services with external third-party tools or products, Alibaba Cloud makes commercially reasonable efforts to provide general guidance on integrating those tools with the model inference service. However, we cannot provide professional advice on issues unrelated to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio services.
(1) In scope:
(i) Confirming the availability of the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio API and server-side services.
(ii) References for official Alibaba Cloud Model Studio API call examples and SDK usage instructions.
(iii) Assistance with checking Alibaba Cloud Model Studio server-side call details and billing records.
(iv) Basic connectivity test guidance (for example, using standard tools like curl to test the reachability of the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio service endpoint).
(2) Out of scope:
(i) Guidance on the installation, deployment, configuration, upgrading, or daily use of third-party tools (such as Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, or OpenClaw).
(ii) Troubleshooting for product features, interaction logic, or internal implementation issues of third-party tools.
(iii) Configuration and maintenance of products or services provided by other cloud vendors, enterprises, or communities.
(iv) Writing, debugging, or implementing your business code.
(v) Troubleshooting for connectivity or compatibility issues caused by your local environment (including internal networks, proxies, VPNs, firewalls, or operating systems).
(vi) Explaining discrepancies between token counts, cost estimates, or call statistics displayed within third-party tools and Alibaba Cloud's billing data.
(vii) Daily operational services for all third-party tools, such as installation, patch updates, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
(viii) Support for your self-built business applications based on the native capabilities of Alibaba Cloud Model Studio model services.
Please note that unless we state otherwise in writing, third-party tools are not our agents, trustees, or joint service partners. We are not responsible for any representations, promises, or actions of external third-party tools.
You acknowledge and confirm that Alibaba Cloud is responsible only for the operation and maintenance of the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio platform itself, which includes the server-side technical architecture, API, metering and billing system, and management console features. The operation and maintenance of third-party tools (such as the installation and configuration of AI programming tools or the deployment and optimization of open-source proxy frameworks) are the responsibility of you and the respective tool providers. When an issue arises during your use of a Model Studio model service, but its cause, scope of responsibility, or dependencies are beyond what the Model Studio platform can directly support and guarantee—typically involving your own systems, external third-party services, network environment, account permissions, business processes, or non-standard integrations—Alibaba Cloud will assist with initial troubleshooting. If troubleshooting confirms the issue originates outside of Alibaba Cloud, we will provide general guidance and direct you to the appropriate service provider.
If you violate these Terms and cause any loss to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio, you must compensate us for all losses incurred as a result.
