Purchase a discounted Tongyi Tingwu Agent ASR resource plan.
Note
- After purchase, the resource plan can be used for the transcription duration of four agents: Automotive Sales Service Insights, Car Buyer Customer Portrait, General Service Insights, and Smart Meeting Minutes. The plan does not apply to the number of transcriptions for the Industrial Voice Commands agent.
- The resource plan is valid for three months and is non-refundable.
- This transcription model is a customized version of Paraformer-v2 and Paraformer-realtime-v2. It supports hotwords but does not support performance tuning. We recommend that you purchase the 350 hour plan to validate its performance before you purchase a larger plan.
- Offline transcription is processed in batches, and results are returned within 24 hours.
- This resource plan offers discounted transcription prices. The details are as follows:

Use a discounted Automatic Speech Recognition resource plan
- After you purchase the resource plan, and while it is active, go to the console of one of the following four agents: Automotive Sales Service Insights, Car Buyer Customer Portrait, General Service Insights, or Smart Meeting Minutes. Then, select a project to use this transcription model.
- For projects that will use the discounted transcription, go to the project details page and select the 'Use discounted transcription resource plan' option. If you do not want to use the discounted resource plan for a project, do not select this option.
- Click the 'Publish' button in the upper-right corner. After the project is published, retrieve the corresponding access code from the 'API Access' tab.
- When the resource plan is depleted or expires, the system automatically uses the model selected for the 'Transcription Model' setting to perform ASR. The fee then reverts to CNY 0.6/hour, and the processing time for offline transcription returns to Near Real-Time.
- To use the discounted transcription model again, purchase another resource plan.
