Why can't I find my purchased instance?
Check the following causes in order:
Wrong region selected
The console shows instances only for the currently selected region. Switch to the region where your instance was created:
Log on to the ApsaraDB for MongoDB console.
In the upper-left corner, select the region where your instance resides.
Wrong instance list selected
Replica set instances and standalone instances appear under Replica Set Instances. Sharded cluster instances appear under Sharded Cluster Instances. To switch lists:
Log on to the ApsaraDB for MongoDB console.
In the upper-left corner, select the region where your instance resides.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Replica Set Instances or Sharded Cluster Instances based on your instance architecture.
Both standalone and replica set instances are listed under Replica Set Instances.
Instance list not yet updated
Wait a few minutes, then refresh the console to check whether the instance appears in the Replica Set Instances or Sharded Cluster Instances list.
Instance creation failed due to insufficient resources
If the system cannot allocate resources, your payment is refunded. After confirming the refund, try purchasing the instance again in a different region or zone.
