After you create tags, you can attach them to your instances for classification. This lets you filter and manage instances by tag.
Prerequisites
You are logged on to the MongoDB console with an Alibaba Cloud account. RAM users do not have permission to manage tags.
You have created one or more tags. For more information, see Create a tag.
Limitations
You can select a maximum of 50 instances for a batch tagging operation.
Each instance can have a maximum of 20 tags.
You can attach or detach a maximum of 20 tags in a single operation.
Procedure
Log on to the MongoDB console.
Based on the instance type, click Replica Set Instances, Sharded Cluster Instances, or Serverless Instances in the navigation pane on the left.
In the upper-left corner of the page, select the resource group and region where your instance is located.
Choose one of the following methods to attach tags:
For a single instance
Hover over the
icon in the Tag column of the target instance, and then click Edit.For multiple instances
Select the instances to tag.
In the lower-left corner of the instance list, click Edit Tag.
In the Edit Tags dialog box, select existing tags from the Tag key and Tag value fields.
Click Confirm.
When the Tag Edited Successfully message appears, click Close.
