ApsaraDB for MongoDB

Generate a diagnostic report manually

  1. Log on to the MongoDB Management Console.

  2. In the navigation pane on the left, click Replica Set Instances or Sharded Cluster Instances based on the instance type.

  3. In the upper-left corner of the page, select the resource group and region where the instance is located.

  4. Click the target instance ID, or click Manage in the Actions column of the target instance.

  5. In the navigation pane on the left of the target instance, click CloudDBA > Diagnostic Report.

  6. Click Start Diagnostics.

  7. In the Start Diagnostics dialog box, select a time range for the diagnosis and click Confirm.

    Note

The time range for a diagnosis cannot exceed one day. A shorter time range provides more granular performance metrics in the diagnostic report.

  8. When the analysis is complete, refresh the page to check the progress. Then, click View Report in the Actions column.
