Generate a diagnostic report manually
Log on to the MongoDB Management Console.
In the navigation pane on the left, click Replica Set Instances or Sharded Cluster Instances based on the instance type.
In the upper-left corner of the page, select the resource group and region where the instance is located.
Click the target instance ID, or click Manage in the Actions column of the target instance.
In the navigation pane on the left of the target instance, click .
Click Start Diagnostics.
In the Start Diagnostics dialog box, select a time range for the diagnosis and click Confirm.
NoteThe time range for a diagnosis cannot exceed one day. A shorter time range provides more granular performance metrics in the diagnostic report.
When the analysis is complete, refresh the page to check the progress. Then, click View Report in the Actions column.
Diagnostic report details
Module | Description |
Score | The instance's health score. If the score is not full, you can click Deduction Details to view specific deduction information. |
Basic Instance Information | Displays the instance ID, specifications, database type, analysis node, region, and the name of the database being analyzed. |
Summary | Displays key performance metrics: CPU utilization, memory usage, connections, disk usage, and IOPS usage. |
Slow SQL Query | Displays the 10 statements with the longest execution time. |
Tablespace | Displays the five tables that occupy the most space. |
Performance Trend | Displays performance trends for CPU utilization, connections, memory usage, disk usage, and IOPS usage. |
Download | Click Download in the navigation pane on the left to download the diagnostic report. |
