ApsaraVideo Media Processing converts audio and video streams into different definitions, encoding formats, or container formats. Output formats
During audio transcoding, you can set the audio encoding format to AC3 or EAC3 to convert standard audio to Dolby format. When used with ApsaraVideo Player SDK, this enables Dolby-exclusive sound effects on Dolby-enabled devices. Dolby sound effect creation is an audio and video enhancement service. It is billed at CNY 3.5 per minute in the Chinese mainland. No extra fees are charged for audio transcoding. For more information, see Audio and video enhancement fees.
