When your MSE cloud-native gateway returns an HTTP error, such as a 404 or 503, use the AI diagnostics feature to identify the root cause.
Procedure

Log on to the MSE console. In the top navigation bar, select a region.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose Cloud-native Gateway > Gateways. On the Gateways page, click the ID of the gateway.

In the left navigation pane, choose AI Diagnostics.

On the AI Diagnostics page, specify the filter parameters, select a time range, and click Submit.
NoteEach query returns a maximum of 20 error log entries that match the search criteria.

Instance
The current cloud-native gateway instance.
Error Code
The HTTP status code returned by the server. You can enter a specific code or select a common one from the list.
Domain name
Select a domain name configured for the gateway on the Domain Names page.
Request path
The path component of the request URL, such as /api/v1/users.
Routing rule name
Select a specific routing rule to narrow the diagnosis.
Request ID
Enter a specific request ID to diagnose a single request.
Custom time
Specify a custom time range for the diagnosis.

Review the diagnosis for the identified root cause and recommended solution.
