Manage basic configurations

Basic configurations

You can customize basic configurations. These configurations are private.

Custom basic configurations

To access this feature, choose Change Management > Basic Configurations.

1. Create a change system

   You can specify a custom name for the change system. You can then associate the change system with change types.

2. Create a change type

   You can specify a custom change type. You can then assign the change type to a change system.

3. Create a change scenario

   You can specify a custom change scenario.

4. Manage basic configurations

   You can edit and delete basic configurations.

Approval configurations

To access this feature, choose Change Management > Basic Configurations.

1. Create an approval configuration

   Enter the basic information and define the procedure for the approval flow. This information includes the change system, change type, change scenario, approval flow name, approvers, and the approval rule. You can set multiple approval levels and add multiple approvers to each level. The available approval rules are "One approver is sufficient" and "All approvers must approve".

   Note

   Only users who have attached a mobile application can be selected as approvers. This is because approval notifications are sent to mobile devices during the approval procedure.

2. Manage approval configurations

   You can edit, enable, disable, clone, and delete approval configurations.
