Introduction
You can approve and execute changes on your mobile device. This feature enables you to manage changes anytime and anywhere, improving the efficiency of the approval and execution flow.
Function overview
When a change is initiated, the change management feature notifies the approver. After the change is approved, the executor and initiator are notified. When the execution is complete, the initiator is notified.
Notifications are sent as DingTalk personal work notifications. Currently, only DingTalk notifications are supported. Support for WeCom notifications is in development. If you have any questions, contact us through our DingTalk group: 35645045.
On the change details page, different action buttons are displayed based on the user's role.
