View an O&M item

Prerequisites

• You must have the AliyunOOSReadOnlyAccess permission before you go to the Operation Center console.

Procedure

1. Log on to the CloudOps Orchestration Service console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Operation Center.

2. Click the O&M Item tab.

3. Find the O&M item that you want to view and click View Details in the Actions column.

4. The details page displays the following information:

   • Name — The title of the item.

   • Status — Valid values: To Be Processed, In Progress, and Resolved.

   • Category — Valid values: Availability, Cost, Performance, Resilience, and Security.

   • Source — The source of the item.

   • Severity — Valid values: Low, Medium, High, and Critical.

   • Created Time — The time when the item was created.

   • Description — The details of the item.

   • Updated Time — The time when the item was last updated.

   • Resources — The resources that are affected by the item.
