You can view the details of an O&M item in the Operation Center console, including its status, category, severity, and affected resources.
Prerequisites

Make sure that you have the AliyunOOSReadOnlyAccess permission.
Procedure

Log on to the CloudOps Orchestration Service console. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Operation Center.

Choose the O&M Item tab.

Find the O&M item that you want to view, and in the Actions column, click View Details.

On the details page, you can view the following information:

Name: The title of the O&M item.

Status: The processing status of the item. Valid values: To Be Processed, In Progress, and Resolved.

Category: The category of the item. Valid values: Availability, Cost, Performance, Resilience, and Security.

Source: The source of the item.

Severity: The severity level of the item. Valid values: Low, Medium, High, and Critical.

Created Time: The time when the item was created.

Description: The details of the item.

Updated Time: The time when the item was last updated.

Resources: The affected resources.
