Data push errors
| Error code | Description |
|---|---|
Timeout. The request timed out. Retry the request. If the error persists, submit a ticket.
Missing document. The request body must include a document. Check that the request payload is not empty.
Failed to save the document. The document could not be saved.
Too many requests. Too many requests were submitted in a short period of time. Reduce the request rate and retry.
Operation not supported. When ApsaraDB RDS for MySQL or MySQL is configured as a data source, pushing documents through the API is not supported.
Resource not found. The specified resource does not exist. Verify that the application name and resource identifiers in your request are correct.
Application-level rate limit exceeded. The push rate exceeds the maximum configured for this application. Reduce the request rate.
System-level rate limit exceeded. The push rate exceeds the system limit. Reduce the request rate and retry.
Batch size exceeded. The number of documents in a single push request exceeds the maximum. Split the batch into smaller requests.
Document quota exceeded. The total number of documents in the application has reached the maximum. Delete unused documents.
Request expired. The request timed out and the data has expired. Retry with a fresh request.
Invalid JSON. The request body could not be parsed as valid JSON. Check the JSON syntax in your request payload.
LCU quota exceeded. LCU reflects the compute resources consumed by query requests against the instance per second. LCU = LCU consumed per query × QPS, that is, the sum of the LCU consumed by all query requests within one second. When this total exceeds the quota, the excess requests return the error Dropped by over compute resource quota and are all dropped. If this affects your business, scale up to resolve it. For scaling steps, see Change configuration.
