Replication Time Control (RTC) is an Object Storage Service (OSS) feature for cross-region replication (CRR) that provides predictable replication performance backed by a service level agreement (SLA). When you enable RTC for a replication task, OSS ensures that your data is replicated within the time frame specified in the SLA. If this time frame is not met, you are eligible for service credits as defined in the SLA.
