Problem description

The account that corresponds to the identity authentication information provided in the request is disabled.

Causes

You included identity authentication information in the request, but your account is disabled. The account may be disabled due to one of the following reasons:

• The account has overdue payments.

• The account is disabled due to security reasons.

• Object Storage Service (OSS) is not activated.

Examples

If the account has overdue payments, and you use the AccessKey pair of the account to initiate a request on OSS resources, the UserDisable error is reported.

Solutions

• If your Alibaba Cloud account has overdue payments, you can log on to the Expenses and Costs console to view the bills. For more information, see Overdue payments.

• If the account is disabled due to security reasons, you can refer to related documents to solve the issue. For more information, see Help and FAQ for handling security violations。

• If you have not activated OSS, log on to the OSS console to activate OSS.
