Problem description
The operation failed because your Alibaba Cloud account has overdue payments.
Causes
OSS blocks operations when the Alibaba Cloud account has an outstanding balance.
Examples
A PutBucket request fails with error code 0003-00000806 when the account has overdue payments.
Solutions
Add funds to your Alibaba Cloud account to clear the outstanding balance, then retry the operation. For more information, see Recharge an Alibaba Cloud account.
