Problem description
You cannot access the bucket.
Causes
The bucket does not belong to your Alibaba Cloud account. Only the bucket owner can access the bucket.
You have access permissions on the bucket, but the bucket was deleted when you initiated the access request.

Solutions
If you are the bucket owner, verify that the account you are using to make the request is correct and that the bucket still exists.
To check whether the bucket exists:
Log on to the OSS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Buckets.
Check whether the bucket appears in the list.
