Problem description
The XML request body is invalid.
Causes
You sent a request to configure Quality of Service (QoS) rules for a bucket, but the XML request body failed validation. This error can occur for the following reasons:
A node value is an empty string.
A node value is not an integer.

Solutions
Fix the XML request body and resubmit the request. Check the ErrorMessage field in the error response to identify which node is invalid and what the expected format is.
