Problem description
The value of the TotalUploadBandwidth node in the request body is invalid.
Cause
The request to configure Quality of Service (QoS) for a bucket contains an invalid value for the TotalUploadBandwidth node.

Solution
Ensure that the value of the TotalUploadBandwidth node in the request XML is a valid integer.
