Problem description
The TotalDownloadBandwidth parameter in the XML request body contains an invalid value.
Causes
When configuring Quality of Service (QoS) for a bucket, OSS rejects the request if TotalDownloadBandwidth is not a valid integer.

Solutions
Set TotalDownloadBandwidth to a valid integer in the XML request body, then resubmit the request.
