Problem description
Your Alibaba Cloud account has overdue payments for Key Management Service (KMS) that remain unsettled for more than seven days.
Causes
In data encryption scenarios, KMS-managed keys incur minor fees for key requests. If your KMS payment is overdue for more than 7 days, the service is suspended.
Examples
You upload an object to a bucket configured with Server-Side Encryption with Key Management Service (SSE-KMS). If your KMS payment is overdue for more than seven days, a 403 error is returned.
Solutions
Check whether your Alibaba Cloud account has overdue payments. If so, top up the account as soon as possible. For more information, see Billing of KMS.
