Problem description
The Alibaba Cloud account has overdue payments for Key Management Service (KMS)
Causes
The Alibaba Cloud account has overdue payments. As a result, you cannot use KMS-managed keys to encrypt or decrypt data in Object Storage Service (OSS).
Examples
This error can occur when you upload a file to a bucket that is configured for server-side encryption with KMS-managed keys (SSE-KMS). The upload fails if your account has an overdue payment for the KMS service.
Solutions
Check whether the Alibaba Cloud account has overdue payments. If the account has overdue payments, top up the account at the earliest opportunity. For more information, see Billing of KMS.
