Problem description
The request parameter contains an invalid JobId.
Problem cause
The API returns an error because the batchJobId conditional request parameter contains an invalid JobId.
Solution
Call the CreateJob operation to create a batch operation. A JobId is returned in the response. Use this JobId as the conditional request parameter and retry the operation.
