Bucket inventory is unavailable when you call PutBucketInventory, GetBucketInventory, or DeleteBucketInventory.
Causes
One of the following conditions applies:
The bucket inventory feature is not available in the region where your bucket is located.
Your account has not joined the invitational preview of the bucket inventory feature.

Identify which cause applies and follow the corresponding steps.
If the feature is not available in your bucket's region:
Make sure that the bucket inventory feature is available in the region where your bucket is located.
If your account is not enrolled in the invitational preview:
Apply to join the invitational preview of the bucket inventory feature. After your application is approved, PutBucketInventory, GetBucketInventory, and DeleteBucketInventory become available for your account.
