Problem description
Versioning is enabled for the bucket for which you want to configure retention policies.
Causes
If versioning is enabled for a bucket, you cannot configure retention policies for the bucket.
Examples
You initiated an InitiateBucketWorm request for a bucket for which versioning is enabled.
