Problem description

The XML body of the PutBucketLogging request is not in a valid format.

Causes

The body of the PutBucketLogging request does not use a valid XML structure, or the root node of the XML request body is not BucketLoggingStatus.

For example, you initiate the following request:

The error is returned for the sample request because the operation requires the root node of the XML request body to be BucketLoggingStatus but BucketLoggingConf is specified as the root node.

Solutions

Make sure that the request body uses a valid XML structure and that the root node is BucketLoggingStatus, as shown in the following sample request:
