Problem description

The color parameter is invalid when you add a text watermark to an image using an earlier version of Image Service.

Cause

The value of the color parameter is not URL-safe Base64 encoded.

In the preceding request, the error occurs because the value of the color parameter, #000000, is not URL-safe Base64 encoded.

Solution

Specify the color parameter in the request string.
