Problem

When you add a text watermark to an image using a previous version of Image Service, the specified color parameter is invalid.

Cause

The Base64-decoded value of the color parameter does not conform to the hexadecimal color code format.

In the preceding request, the Base64-decoded value of color=MDAwMDAw is 000000. This value is missing the required # prefix and does not conform to the hexadecimal color code format. This causes the error.

Solution
