Problem description

No playlist was generated from the stream ingest during the time period specified by the StartTime and EndTime parameters in the GetVodPlaylist request.

Problem cause

You sent a GetVodPlaylist request to retrieve the playlist generated from a stream ingest for a specific LiveChannel. The API returns an error because no playlist was generated during the time period specified by the StartTime and EndTime parameters in your request.

Sample questions

For example, you send the following request:

GET /test-channel?vod&endTime=1472020226&startTime=1472020031 HTTP/1.1
Date: Thu, 25 Aug 2016 07:13:26 GMT
Host: test-bucket.oss-cn-hangzhou.aliyuncs.com
Authorization: OSS qn6q**************:77Dv****************

The API returns this error if it cannot find a playlist for the client stream ingest within the time period specified by the StartTime and EndTime parameters.

Solution

Ensure that a playlist for the stream ingest exists for the time period specified by the StartTime and EndTime parameters.
