Line application process
Bring your own line
To use your own phone numbers with the Intelligent Outbound Robot, first confirm with your carrier that your numbers support the SIP protocol. If so, your carrier must also set up a dedicated trunk that uses the SIP trunking protocol for the integration.
Contact an administrator in the DingTalk group 165135014770 and provide the following SIP information:
The IP address for the SIP connection, the media IP, the port, and the calling number. Use the format
sip:number@ip:port.
Request a number from a partner
In the Intelligent Outbound Robot console, navigate to Number Application > Partner Line Application.
Based on your requirements, such as a landline or mobile number, select the appropriate partner number resource service.
After selecting a number resource, review the available partner lines and choose a line provider. The provider's purchase instructions detail number pricing and service limitations.
After selecting a number resource and a line provider, click Apply for Number and Line.
Fill in the number information.
Fill in the company information.
We recommend that you use your DingTalk ID as the contact information. This allows our outbound operation support personnel to contact you on DingTalk once your application is approved to complete the number integration. The review typically takes three working days.
After you fill in all required information, click Apply.
