Before you integrate Outbound Bot, complete enterprise real-name authentication for your Alibaba Cloud account. After your account is authenticated, review the following requirements. If you have any questions, join the DingTalk support group (ID: 165135014770) and contact a group administrator for guidance on your specific use case.
Telephony resources
Determine how you will connect your telephony lines. Outbound Bot supports the following connection methods:
Bring your own line: Use your own telephony lines and connect them to the outbound calling platform using the SIP protocol.
Your connection must support SIP trunking over the public network.
Use a third-party provider: Log on to the Outbound Bot console at https://outboundbot.console.aliyun.com. Use the third-party number application to select phone numbers and their locations. Submit your script and other required materials for review. You must provide a valid DingTalk ID in your submission to complete the onboarding process.
