Product Updates for July 28, 2026

This release focuses on optimizing product features and improving user efficiency. The updates are as follows:

1. [VUI configuration] Dialog turn retention

• Description: The VUI configuration now includes a context setting. When enabled, you can specify the number of previous dialog turns to include as model context during a conversation. A dialog turn consists of one user utterance and one robot response. Including more turns improves the relevance of the robot's replies. This setting affects only reply relevance and does not impact the display of call results.

2. Optimized softphone recording logic

• Description: This update optimizes the data processing logic for outbound tasks that use a softphone. You can now use the DownloadRecording operation to retrieve softphone recording files, even for unconnected calls.

3. New name built-in system variable

• Description: The global variable configuration now includes a new name variable. This built-in system variable defaults to the customer's name.

4. Optimized workflow scenario configuration

• Description: In a workflow mode scenario, you can now directly navigate to the configuration pages for outbound task flows and other service flows.

5. System variables in large model scenarios

• Description: In a large model scenario, you can now insert a system variable into a prompt. When editing a module, you can select from a list of available system variables, such as the system time.

6. Use variables in FAQ answers

• Description: The FAQ configuration is improved: you can now insert custom variables and system variables into answers when you configure FAQs.

7. UI enhancement

• The scenario management feature within an outbound instance has been renamed to small model scenario management for clarity.
