403—Forbidden

The request was rejected.

The call link is unresponsive, or the call disconnects immediately.

Verify the called number. If the number is valid, wait one minute and try calling again.

If the request is still rejected, contact Alibaba Cloud technical support on DingTalk (ID: cccsupport2). We will work with the partner to resolve the issue.

404—Not Found

The called number is on a blacklist or the call frequency was excessive.

The call link is unresponsive, or the call disconnects immediately.

If a 404 error is returned on the first call, the called number is on the partner's blacklist. If the first call connects but subsequent calls to the same number fail, it indicates excessive call frequency. Wait a while before calling again.

You can also contact Alibaba Cloud technical support on DingTalk (ID: cccsupport2). We will help confirm the high-frequency blocking thresholds and time window with the partner.

408—Request Timeout

The request timed out, or the recipient's phone blocked the call.

The called party did not answer within the timeout period. Possible reasons include:

  • The recipient blocks or rejects the call, and a voice prompt announces that the call timed out and disconnected.

  • The call exceeded the QPS limit for a single number on the partner's network.

First, check your network connection. Then, increase the timeout period as needed and wait one minute before calling again.

If the request continues to time out, contact Alibaba Cloud technical support on DingTalk (ID: cccsupport2). We will contact the partner to determine if high-frequency blocking is the cause.

415—Unsupported Media Type

Unsupported media type.

The call cannot be placed.

Ensure the voice codec settings are consistent.

Caller hang-up

The call disconnects automatically after ringing for some time.

The phone rings, and then the call automatically disconnects. This can happen if the recipient is unavailable to answer.

Try calling again later.

487—Request Terminated

The recipient is unreachable. Possible reasons include the recipient's phone being off, the called number being an invalid number, call rejection, call blocking, or service suspension.

The call cannot be placed. You may hear a voice prompt that the recipient's phone is off or that the number is an invalid number.

  • If the recipient's phone is off, wait until it is on before calling again.

  • If the recipient does not answer for a long time, hang up and try again later.

  • If there is no system prompt, blocking was the likely cause.

480—Temporarily Unavailable

The recipient hung up or rejected the call, or the partner blocked it.

The phone rings, and then a 480 error code is returned.

Try calling again at a different time.

500—Server Failure

Server error or excessive concurrency.

The call fails to connect.

Contact Alibaba Cloud technical support on DingTalk (ID: cccsupport2). We will work with the partner to resolve the issue.

503—Service Unavailable

The call timed out. Possible reasons include call rejection, a routing issue, or exceeding the platform's overall CAPS limit.

The call fails to connect.

Wait one minute and try calling again. You can also contact Alibaba Cloud technical support on DingTalk (ID: cccsupport2). We will work with the partner to resolve the issue.
