Switch from pay-as-you-go to a monthly subscription for concurrency

If you use the pay-as-you-go billing method for Outbound Bot and want to switch to a monthly subscription for concurrency, follow the steps in this document.

Procedure

• Set the concurrency for all instances in the workspace to 0.

  • In the instance list, click the Edit button.

• After you set the concurrency, take a screenshot showing that the concurrency for all instances is 0. Submit the screenshot and the UID of your Alibaba Cloud account to the operations team. After the team completes the configuration, log on to the console again. You will be redirected to the activation page. On this page, select the monthly subscription for concurrency, and purchase the number of concurrent connections and subscription duration that you need.
