PAI Shared Gateway SLA Disclaimer

The PAI shared gateway is free and provides basic gateway access, but is not covered by the PAI Service-Level Agreement (SLA).

If a shared gateway issue causes service unavailability, Alibaba Cloud does not provide SLA compensation. Instead, Alibaba Cloud issues coupons to refund the service fees for the outage period.

For high service stability, use a dedicated gateway.
