Refund instructions
This topic describes the refund rules, refund methods, and refund flow for the Alibaba Cloud Phone Number Protection service.
Refund rules
Refunds are issued only for the amount you actually paid. The portion paid with coupons is not refundable. Free gifts, such as coupons or extended service periods, will be voided.
After a refund is processed, the system automatically deducts the amount from your invoiceable quota. Do not request an invoice for the refunded order. This is to prevent your invoiceable quota from becoming negative, which could affect your withdrawal requests.
If an invoice has already been issued for the order, you must return the invoice before you can request a refund. For more information, see Return or exchange an invoice.
Refund rules for packages:
Packages that have been used are not eligible for a refund.
Orders for packages that have expired are not refundable.
If an order contains multiple packages, a refund is processed for all packages in that order. You cannot unsubscribe from them individually.
