Create and manage RAM users
If you are the only user of PolarDB, you can use your Alibaba Cloud account directly. If other users need to access resources under your account, you must create RAM users. This topic describes how to create RAM users, grant permissions to RAM users, and log on to the console as a RAM user. Prerequisites
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud console with your Alibaba Cloud account or a RAM user that has the required permissions.
If you use an Alibaba Cloud account, log on with an Alibaba Cloud account.
If you use a RAM user, log on as a RAM user.
NoteThe logon format for a RAM user is
RAM_user_name@company_alias.
Procedure
Create a RAM user. For more information, see Create a RAM user.
Grant permissions to the RAM user on the Users page. For more information, see Grant permissions to a RAM user on the Users page.
Grant permissions to the RAM user on the Grants page. For more information, see Grant permissions to a RAM user on the Grants page.
Log on to the console as the RAM user. For more information, see Log on to the Alibaba Cloud console as a RAM user.
