Configure PolarDB-X parameters

Procedure

1. Log on to the PolarDB-X console.

2. In the top navigation bar, select the region where the instance is deployed.

3. On the Instances page, click the PolarDB-X 2.0 tab.

4. Find the instance that you want to manage and click its ID.

5. In the left-side navigation pane, choose configuration management > parameter settings.

   • On the compute layer tab, find the parameter and enter a new value in the current value field.

     Note

     Compute layer parameters are available only for the Enterprise Edition.

   • On the storage layer tab, find the parameter and enter a new value in the current value field.

   Note

   • The value must be within the range specified in the modification scope column. An out-of-range value causes an error when you click bulk submit.

   • Click the icon next to a parameter name to view its description.

6. Click bulk submit in the upper-left corner of the page.

   Note

   If a parameter has Yes in the restart required column, the change takes effect only after you bulk submit the new running parameter value and restart the instance.

7. In the dialog box, click OK.
