To request a free trial of PolarDB-X Lightweight Edition, contact us. The following rules apply:
Standard Edition: The trial duration is unlimited, but the service is limited to 10 database connections and a 100 MB Buffer Pool.
Premium Edition: The trial can be requested for up to one month at a time, for a maximum of three months in total. The number of database connections and the Buffer Pool size are unlimited.
After the license expires, the capabilities of PolarDB-X Lightweight Edition are limited. You can renew the license to restore full functionality. The following rules apply:
Standard Edition: The database remains usable, but performance is limited to a maximum of 10 database connections and a 100 MB Buffer Pool.
Premium Edition: The database operates normally with no performance limits, but management and control capabilities are no longer provided.
