After you create a Lark chatbot in Alert Management, you can add it to a notification policy to receive alerts in a specific Lark group chat. When an alert event triggers a matching rule in the notification policy, the system automatically sends an alert to the specified group chat. You can then manage the alert directly in Lark.
Prerequisites

Ensure that a Lark administrator has added the ARMS Intelligent Alerting application from the Lark App Directory to your organization.

Members of your Lark organization can request access to the ARMS Intelligent Alerting application from the app's page in the App Directory.
Step 1: Get the chatbot webhook URL

Open and log in to Lark.

Optional: Click the + icon and then click Create group to create a group chat for sending alerts.

In the Lark group chat, click the
icon on the right and then click Bots. -
On the Group Bots panel, click Add Bot, and then select Custom Bot.

On the bot configuration page, set the bot name and description, and then click Add.

Copy the webhook URL. Then, select Custom Keywords and enter alert for the keyword.

Click Finish.
Step 2: Create the chatbot

Log on to the Managed Service for Prometheus console. In the left navigation pane, choose .

Click the DingTalk/Lark/WeCom tab, and then click Lark at the top.

In the Create Lark/Lark chatbot panel, configure the following parameters and click OK.

Enter a custom name for the Lark chatbot.

Enter the Lark chatbot webhook URL.
Whether the Chatbot Sends Daily Statistics
If you select this option, specify the time to send the statistics. You can enter multiple times in
HH:SSformat, separated by a comma. At the specified times, Alert Management sends a summary of the day's alerts, including the number of total, resolved, and pending alerts.Card Content Configuration
Customize the style and content of the alert notification card.
Step 3: Configure a notification policy
Create or edit a notification policy, and set Notification Receiver to the Lark chatbot created in the previous step. For more information, see notification policy.
Manage alerts in the Lark group chat
After you receive an alert in the Lark group chat, you can view and manage the alert. For more information, see Handle alerts in a group chat.
Related operations
After you create a chatbot, you can find, edit, or delete it on the DingTalk/Lark/WeCom tab:

To edit a chatbot: In the Actions column for the chatbot, click Edit. In the panel that appears, modify the information and click OK.

To delete a chatbot: In the Actions column for the chatbot, click Delete. In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click Confirm.
