Unsubscription steps
Go to Expenses and Costs, and select .
Find the pay-as-you-go resource plan for PTS and click Unsubscribe Resource.
After you submit a refund request, you can view the refund details in .
Refund credit information
After you unsubscribe, the refund is generally returned to the original payment method.
For orders paid using Alipay after March 29, 2019, if you unsubscribe within 18 months (548 days) of payment, the refund is credited to the Alipay account used for the payment. If the refund fails, the amount is credited to your Alibaba Cloud account balance.
For orders paid using online banking, if you unsubscribe within 90 days of payment, the refund is generally returned to the original bank card. If the bank transfer fails, the amount is credited to your Alibaba Cloud account balance.
NoteFor products purchased from the official Alibaba Cloud website, excluding Alibaba Cloud Marketplace products, if an invoice has been issued for the order, the refund is credited to your account balance. After you return the invoice, you can withdraw the funds from your account balance to the original payment method. If you cannot withdraw the funds to the original method, for more information, see Balance withdrawal.
If the unsubscription is successful, the refund is processed within approximately 2 business days. Refunds only apply to the amount paid with cash or a stored-value card. The portion of the payment covered by vouchers or coupons is not refundable.
For orders paid with online banking, if you unsubscribe and are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, the funds are expected to arrive in your account within 2 to 3 business days, depending on bank processing times.

The pay-as-you-go billing method is post-paid. After each stress test, the system calculates the cost based on VUM consumption and automatically deducts the amount from your account balance. Because no fees are collected in advance, refunds are not applicable.
