30-day free trial rules
Before purchasing Quick BI, start a 30-day free trial to explore its features and find the right edition for your needs. This topic explains how enterprise customers and individual users can activate a free trial or try a single module.

You are not eligible for a trial if any of the following apply:
Your account has not completed real-name verification.
Your account is of the virtual merchant type.
Your account has already tried or purchased Quick BI.
Other accounts linked to your real-name verification have already tried or purchased Quick BI.
For enterprise customers: Try the AIPro Edition
Enterprise customers can choose an activation method based on their account status.
1. New customers: AIPro Edition trial
Activation steps
Go to the Quick BI Trial Registration page and complete the form.
After completing the form, click Activate 30-Day Trial to access the Quick BI workbench and explore its features.

If you have never tried or purchased Quick BI, you can start a free trial with the following specifications:

Other accounts linked to your real-name verification have already tried or purchased Quick BI.
2. Existing customers: AIPro Edition trial
Starting at 24:00 on Thursday, September 3, 2026, an AIPro Edition trial is automatically activated for users of the public cloud Professional Edition, New Professional Edition, and Advanced Edition. No application is required, and the trial takes effect on your next login. You can go to the Quick BI workbench and click the 
icon in the upper-right corner to start exploring.
The trial specifications are as follows:

Credit quota | 125,000 credits (total for the organization), to be allocated and managed by the organization |
Trial duration | The trial ends when all credits are used. |
Eligibility: These trial specifications apply only to existing Quick BI customers with an active subscription.
If your Quick BI subscription has expired (after a previous trial or purchase), you can apply for a new trial 7 days after the expiration date. The new trial will follow the specifications and activation process for new customers as described above, and your previous data will not be retained.
Seat management: This trial provides unlimited seats but is limited by the total credit quota.
Shared credits: During the trial, both AIPro and Q-Robot consume from the same credit pool. After the trial ends, Q-Robot reverts to its original token-based billing, and your existing entitlements will not be affected.
Upgrading to a paid edition: To ensure uninterrupted access to your data, you can upgrade to the paid AIPro Edition at any time. After the trial expires, your AIPro data and configurations are retained for 7 days.
For individual users
As an individual user, we recommend first purchasing the Personal Edition for CNY 0.1:
Go to the Quick BI purchase page, then click purchase page in the description to continue.
Select Purchase for General Users > Personal Edition.
Click Buy Now to complete the purchase.
NoteIf you later want to explore the full features of Quick BI, click Learn about advanced editions > Try Pro Edition. Follow the instructions to scan the DingTalk QR code, join the group, and contact an administrator to activate the trial.
Other scenarios: Single-module trials
Customers using the Quick BI Advanced Edition can activate a one-time trial for each of the following modules. Follow these steps:
Go to the Quick BI workbench and click Learn about advanced features.
Click 7-day Free Trial to activate a trial for the corresponding module.
