The minimum subscription period for Quick BI is one month. You can choose the number of users and subscription duration to suit your needs. As the expiration date approaches, the system sends automatic renewal notifications. This topic describes billing for Quick BI.

Quick BI pricing depends on the number of users and subscription duration. Every user who creates or views a report requires a user license. You can purchase the user licenses you need. Important

An instance with an overdue payment risks suspension. The system sends you renewal notifications. To avoid service interruptions, renew your subscription promptly.

AIPro Edition billing

Basic billing rules

The AIPro Edition is billed based on the following items. The listed prices are for reference only; the actual price is determined at the time of purchase.

Intelligent seat	CNY 400 per seat/month Important The standard price for the AIPro Edition is CNY 400 per seat/month. A limited-time promotional price of CNY 333.33 per seat/month is currently available. This offer may be changed or discontinued at any time. After the promotional period ends, the price will revert to the standard rate of CNY 400 per seat/month.	Each intelligent seat includes 150,000 Credits. After purchase, Credits are added to the organization's shared pool and can be allocated to individual users. Note Credits included with an intelligent seat are valid for one month from the seat's activation date. For example, if you purchase and activate a seat on June 15, its included Credits are valid from June 15 to July 15. New Quick BI customers must purchase a minimum of 10 seats. Additional seats can be purchased in increments of 10. Existing Quick BI customers can upgrade to the AIPro Edition. You must purchase enough intelligent seats to match your current number of users, and additional seats can be purchased in increments of 10. For example, if you have a Quick BI Enterprise Standard plan with 50 users, you must purchase 50 intelligent seats to upgrade.

Credit top-up package	CNY 10,000 per 1,000,000 Credits	You can purchase a credit top-up package if your Credit balance is low. These Credits are added to the organization's shared pool for allocation. Note Quick BI AIPro uses Credits, not raw tokens, as its billing unit. Credit consumption varies based on task complexity (such as feature type, agent interaction, and long-running tasks) and the underlying model used (such as model type, input tokens, and output tokens). A credit top-up package is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Note

The Professional Edition (Role-based) offers the same features as Quick BI Enterprise Standard but allows you to purchase standard user and viewer licenses separately.
The Professional Edition (Role-based) is only available with an annual subscription.

1. Can be added as organization members and assigned one of three user types: developer, analyst, or viewer.

2. Tiered pricing applies: CNY 2,400 per user for the first 100 users, CNY 1,500 per user for users 101-300, and CNY 300 per user beyond 300.

Viewer

1. Cannot be added as workspace members and can only view authorized reports.

2. Tiered pricing applies: CNY 500 per viewer for the first 500 viewers, CNY 200 for viewers 501-1,000, CNY 50 for viewers 1,001-5,000, and CNY 10 for viewers 5,001-10,000.

Example:

A one-year subscription for the Professional Edition (Role-based) with 50 standard users (CNY 120,000), 10 viewers (CNY 5,000), and 20 full-screen dashboards (CNY 15,000) costs a total of CNY 140,000. These prices are for reference only and are subject to the actual price at the time of purchase.

ETL tasks	Quick BI Enterprise Standard: Each task can process up to 10 million input rows. A package of 50 tasks costs CNY 30,000/year. A maximum of 100 tasks is allowed. Quick BI Enterprise Standard includes 10 free tasks.
Additional embedded reports	Quick BI Pro (10/20/50/100/150/200 user plans): You can purchase an additional 10/20/50/100/150/1,000 embedded reports, respectively. Additional reports cost CNY 2,000/year per 10 reports. Quick BI Enterprise Standard (50/100/200/300 user plans): You can purchase an additional 100/200/500/10,000 embedded reports, respectively. Additional reports cost CNY 2,000/year per 10 reports. Professional Edition (Role-based): The maximum number of additional embedded reports you can purchase is (5 × number of standard users) + (0.5 × number of viewers). Note This add-on is not available for the 1-user Quick BI Pro plan. Quick BI Pro includes a default number of embedded reports equal to the number of users. Quick BI Enterprise Standard includes a default number of embedded reports equal to twice the number of users. For the Professional Edition (Role-based), the default number of embedded reports is (standard users × 2) + (viewers × 0.5), rounded up.
Q-Agent Builder	CNY 200/agent. This add-on is available for Quick BI Pro, Quick BI Enterprise Standard, and Professional Edition (Role-based). The following purchase rules apply: If you have 100 or fewer standard users, you can purchase up to one Q-Agent Builder license per standard user. For example, if you purchase a Quick BI Pro plan with 50 users, you can buy a maximum of 50 licenses. If you have more than 100 standard users, you can purchase from 100 up to your total user count in increments of five. For example, if you purchase a Quick BI Pro plan with 150 users, you can buy 100, 105, 110, etc., up to a maximum of 150 licenses. Note Free trial quota: Your organization receives a shared quota of 200 conversations. Note: Usage counting for this feature begins on June 1, 2025.
Q-Agent for Queries	Purchase rules: Available as an add-on for Quick BI Pro, Quick BI Enterprise Standard, and Professional Edition (Role-based). The quantity you can purchase depends on your total number of users (standard users plus viewers). If your total user count is 100 or less, the number of Q-Agent for Queries licenses you can buy is equal to your total user count. For example, if you have 40 standard users and 10 viewers, you can buy a maximum of 50 licenses. If your total user count is over 100, you can start with 100 licenses and add more in increments of five, up to your total user count. The quantity you can purchase depends on your total number of users (standard users plus viewers). If your total user count is 100 or less, the number of Q-Agent for Reports licenses you can buy is equal to your total user count. For example, if you have 40 standard users and 10 viewers, you can buy a maximum of 50 licenses. If your total user count is over 100, you can start with 100 licenses and add more in increments of five, up to your total user count. Q-AI Token Package	CNY 1,000 per package, which includes 100 million tokens. Note Free tokens and consumption rules: Customers with Quick BI Pro or higher receive a one-time grant of free tokens, based on the following rules: Free token amount = (Number of paid users) × 1,000,000 tokens, up to a maximum of 100,000,000 tokens. These free tokens are shared across all intelligent features that consume tokens within your Quick BI instance, such as Q-Agent for Queries, Q-Agent for Reports, and AI-powered insights. Free tokens are consumed universally, regardless of input/output or the specific model used. The free token balance is shared across the entire organization.
Q-Agent for Insights	Sold as a standalone module for CNY 150,000/year. Note The concurrency limit for attribution analysis SQL queries is 10 per tenant. A single attribution analysis query (e.g., "Why did sales decline?") may trigger multiple SQL queries. The system automatically schedules their execution to ensure stable performance and efficient resource utilization.
Ticket-based enhanced embedding (with global parameters)	CNY 50,000/year. Quick BI Enterprise Standard users with fewer than 100 standard users can purchase this feature separately. Note This feature is not available by default. Contact the Quick BI product operations team to purchase it. If you later upgrade to a plan with 100 or more standard users, the cost of this add-on may be refunded.
