The minimum subscription period for Quick BI is one month. You can choose the number of users and subscription duration that best suit your needs. As the expiration date approaches, the system automatically sends renewal notifications. This topic describes billing for Quick BI.

Quick BI calculates fees based on the number of users and the subscription duration. Anyone who creates or views a report needs a user license. You can purchase the number of user licenses you need. Important

If your instance has an overdue payment, it may be suspended. The system will send you renewal notifications. To avoid service interruptions, renew your subscription promptly.

AIPro Edition Billing

Basic Billing Rules

The pricing for AIPro Edition is as follows. The final price is subject to the price on the purchase page.

A limited-time promotional price of CNY 333.33 per seat/month is currently available. This promotional offer is for a limited time and may be adjusted or terminated at any time. After the promotion ends, the price will revert to CNY 400 per seat/month.	After purchase, Credits are added to the organization shared pool and can be allocated to individual users. Note The validity period of Credits is calculated on a rolling monthly basis, starting from the subscription's effective date. For example, if you purchase and activate an intelligent seat on June 15, the monthly Credits for that seat will be valid from June 15 to July 15. For customers new to Quick BI, the minimum purchase is 10 seats, with subsequent purchases in increments of 10. For existing Quick BI customers: You can upgrade all existing user licenses to AIPro Edition. Subsequent purchases must be in increments of 10. For example, if you have a Quick BI Enterprise Standard plan with 50 users, you must purchase 50 intelligent seats to upgrade to AIPro Edition.

After purchase, Credits are added to the organization shared pool and can be allocated to individual users. Note Quick BI AIPro uses Credits as its billing unit instead of raw token counts. The number of Credits consumed by an analysis task depends on its complexity (such as feature type, agent interactions, and long-running tasks) and the model used (such as model type, input tokens, and output tokens). Therefore, resource usage is measured in Credits. Top-up packages are valid for one year and expire if unused.

The Professional Edition (Role-based) offers the same features as Quick BI Enterprise Standard but allows you to purchase standard user and viewer licenses separately.
Professional Edition (Role-based) currently supports only annual subscriptions; monthly subscriptions are not available.

1. Standard users can be added as organization members and assigned one of three roles: developer, analyst, or viewer.

2. Tiered pricing: CNY 2,400 per user for the first 100 users. CNY 1,500 for each additional user from 101 to 300. CNY 300 for each additional user beyond 300.

viewer

1. Viewers cannot be added as a workspace member and can only view authorized reports.

2. Tiered pricing: CNY 500 per viewer for the first 500 viewers. CNY 200 for each additional viewer from 501 to 1,000. CNY 50 for each additional viewer from 1,001 to 5,000. CNY 10 for each additional viewer from 5,001 to 10,000.

Example:

An enterprise purchases a one-year Professional Edition (Role-based) plan with 50 standard users (CNY 120,000), 10 viewers (CNY 5,000), and 20 visualization screens (CNY 15,000). The total cost is CNY 140,000.

This add-on is available for Quick BI Pro, Quick BI Enterprise Standard, and Professional Edition (Role-based) according to the following rules: If you have 100 or fewer standard users, the number of Q-Agent Builder licenses you can purchase cannot exceed your number of standard users. For example, if you purchase a Quick BI Pro plan with 50 users, you can purchase up to 50 licenses. If you have more than 100 standard users, you can start with 100 licenses and add more in increments of five, up to your total number of standard users. For example, if you purchase a Quick BI Pro plan with 150 users, you can purchase 100, 105, 110, etc., up to a maximum of 150 licenses. Smart Q token package	CNY 1,000 per package, which includes 100 million tokens. Note Complimentary tokens and consumption rules: Customers with Quick BI Pro or higher receive a one-time grant of complimentary tokens, subject to the following rules: Number of tokens = (Number of paid users) × 1 million tokens, up to a maximum of 100 million tokens. All intelligent features in Quick BI that consume tokens (such as Q-Agent for Queries, Q-Agent for Reports, and Q-Agent for Insights) share this complimentary token pool. The complimentary token count does not distinguish between input/output or specific models. Complimentary tokens are shared across the entire organization.
Q Insight Agent	Sold as a standalone module for CNY 150,000/year. Note Attribution SQL concurrency limit: 10 per tenant. Note: A single root cause analysis, such as asking "Why did sales decline?", may trigger multiple SQL queries. The system automatically schedules these queries to ensure stable performance and efficient resource utilization.
ticket-based enhanced embedding (with global parameters)	CNY 50,000/year. Quick BI Enterprise Standard users with fewer than 100 standard users can purchase this feature separately. For AIPro Edition, this feature is automatically enabled when you purchase 30 or more intelligent seats. Note This feature is not available for direct purchase. To enable it, contact the Quick BI product operations team. If you later upgrade to a plan with 100 or more standard users, the cost of this add-on may be refunded.
