The system automatically sends a renewal notification as the expiration date approaches. This topic details the billing for purchasing Quick BI for seven international sites from the china site.

Quick BI billing is based on the number of users and the subscription duration. All Quick BI activities, such as creating and viewing reports, require a user license. For more information about how to purchase the product, see Purchase, upgrade, renew, and manage overdue payments for Quick BI.

If your instance is overdue, it may be suspended. Renew your subscription promptly to avoid service disruptions.

Background

Starting from Quick BI V6.0.3, the international and china site public cloud platforms support account interoperability, allowing you to place orders for international sites from the china site.
The available sites are: China (Hong Kong), Singapore, Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Indonesia (Jakarta), Japan (Tokyo), US (Virginia), and Germany (Frankfurt).

1. Can be added as organization members on demand and assigned to one of three user types: developer, analyst, or viewer.

2. The cost is CNY 2,642.13 each for the first 100 general-purpose users. For each additional user from 101 to 300, the cost is CNY 1,761.42. For each additional user over 300, the cost is CNY 366.96.

viewer

1. Cannot be added as workspace members and can only view authorized reports.

2. The cost is CNY 587.14 each for the first 500 viewers. For each additional viewer from 501 to 1,000, the cost is CNY 220.18. For each additional viewer from 1,001 to 5,000, the cost is CNY 73.39. For each additional viewer over 5,000, the cost is CNY 14.68.

For example, if an enterprise purchases 50 general-purpose users (CNY 132,106.29), 10 viewers (CNY 5,871.4), and 20 data screens (CNY 17,614.2) for the Role-based Professional Edition for 1 year, the total cost is approximately CNY 155,592.1. Please refer to the purchase page for the final price.

Acceleration engine scale-out - Extraction	Advanced Edition: For extraction acceleration, the maximum is 100 million rows per table. The scale-out cost is CNY 7,292/5 GB/year. 2 GB of capacity is included by default. Professional Edition: For extraction acceleration, the maximum is 100 million rows per table.
