Quick BI provides a DingTalk mini program so enterprise users can view reports on their mobile devices. As an enterprise administrator, enable the mini program for a specific team. After team members bind their accounts, they can access reports directly within the DingTalk mobile app. This topic describes how to set up the mini program and authorize the required DingTalk APIs.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
A DingTalk enterprise administrator account with a team that has at least one member
Limitations
Due to DingTalk platform limitations, the DingTalk Standard Edition is limited to 5,000 API calls per month. If this quota is insufficient, upgrade to the DingTalk Professional or Exclusive Edition. For more information, see the DingTalk PaaS Capability Adjustment Announcement.
The Quick BI Professional Edition allows you to authorize up to five enterprises. This is useful for organizations with multiple independent entities, such as subsidiaries or branch offices, that need access to the same Quick BI instance.
Procedure
On the DingTalk API Authorization page, click Add Authorization to open the Add New Authorization dialog box. Complete the following steps to authorize the enterprise.

Step 1: Activate the Quick BI mini program
Install the Quick BI mini program on your DingTalk mobile app.
-
Open your DingTalk mobile app and scan the QR code in the Add New Authorization dialog box.
NoteThe activation QR code differs between the public cloud and the international site. Scan the QR code for your environment.
-
On the Select a team page, select the team in which to activate the Quick BI mini program.
NoteYou must be an administrator of the selected team.

Follow the on-screen instructions to activate the Quick BI mini program.

Step 2: Authorize DingTalk APIs
After the mini program is installed, click Next in the Add New Authorization dialog box. The dialog box advances from the Scan to Activate step to the Enter CorpId step.
-
Get the CorpId of your DingTalk organization
Log in to the DingTalk Open Platform as an organization administrator. On the Home page, copy your organization's CorpId. Save this value — you will need it in the next step.

-
Enter the CorpId
In the Add New Authorization dialog box, paste the CorpId into the CorpId field and click Verify. The system identifies and displays the organization name. If the organization name does not appear, check that you copied the CorpId from the correct DingTalk organization.

-
After verifying the organization, click Next to authorize the enterprise.
This action syncs your DingTalk organization's information with Quick BI. To sync organization members, click Go to User Management to open the Member Management page. For detailed instructions, see Add DingTalk users.

Step 3: Configure the mini program
Users with accounts synced from collaboration software, such as DingTalk, WeCom, and Lark, can create and edit reports in the mini program on PC if they have edit permissions.
By default, the mini program opens in the Workbench. To open it in a web browser instead, configure it to use open in browser.

This setting only affects PC.
Workbench: View and edit content directly within the Workbench.

-
open in browser: Clicking the mini program opens it in your web browser for viewing and editing.
NoteThe page opening settings in the DingTalk client take precedence over the mini program settings in Quick BI.
If the Open all pages of the Workbench application in DingTalk option is enabled in DingTalk, the open in browser setting is ignored, and pages open only in the Workbench.

What's next
After authorizing an enterprise, you can perform the following management actions.
Revoke authorization for an enterprise
To remove an enterprise's access to Quick BI, revoke its authorization. Click the
icon on the right of the enterprise card. In the confirmation dialog box, select Revoke Authorization.

Sync DingTalk members
To add DingTalk users to Quick BI, in Add User, use the sync from collaboration software option to add DingTalk users.

Bind a DingTalk account
After the DingTalk API is authorized, go to Personal Settings. Use the Bind DingTalk Account option to scan a QR code and bind your account.

Organization administrators can bind DingTalk accounts for other users in member management.
