Data Plaza is an enterprise-level platform in Quick BI AIPro for browsing data assets. Analysts can view various data resources within the organization, such as datasets, dashboards, table groups, files, and API data, and add them to My Data as needed. This topic describes the procedure.
Prerequisites
Version purchase: Your organization has purchased the Quick BI AIPro edition.
Permission configuration: You have at least the Basic Features permissions for Quick BI AIPro.
Asset publishing: For table groups, files, and API data, an administrator must publish them in the Management Center before analysts can view these data assets in Data Plaza. For more information, see Data Management.
Collaborative authorization: For workspace data assets such as datasets and dashboards, you must have usage permissions for the target data asset to add it to My Data. The visibility of workspace data assets in Data Plaza also depends on the space mode of the current workspace:

If a workspace is in Collaboration Mode and Visible to all users in Data Plaza is selected, all members of the organization can view the data in the workspace, including data for which they do not have permissions.
If a workspace is in Collaboration Mode and Visible to all users in Data Plaza is not selected, only workspace members can view the data in the workspace, including data for which they do not have permissions. Users outside the workspace who are granted usage permissions can view only the data for which they have permissions.
If a workspace is in Private Mode, all members of the organization can only view the resources for which they have usage permissions.
