Configure an email server to send alert notifications from Quick BI.
Overview
To use Email as the Alert Method, you must configure an email server.
Configure email channels

On the Quick BI homepage, navigate to the Email Address page as shown below.
NoteThis configuration applies to email subscriptions, monitoring alerts, and personal email verification within your organization.

Select Configuration Mode.
Options: Default Settings and Custom.

Default System Configuration
Quick BI uses the Alibaba Cloud email service by default. Click Test Connectivity to verify the connection.

Custom
If you select Custom, configure the following items:
Configuration Item
Description
Sent From
The outgoing mail server address.
Port Number
The mail server port number.
Protocol
SMTP or SMTPS.
Encryption method
None, SSL, or STARTTLS.
Email
Select Logon Verification or No Verification.
Password
The email account password.
Nickname
A display name for the sender.

Click Connectivity Test and Save.
Configure email for alert push channels
When monitoring metrics, you can add an enterprise WeChat robot as a custom alert channel.

On the Quick BI homepage, navigate to the Metric Monitoring page as shown below.

In the Alert Settings-> Push Message Settings dialog box, select Email.
