My data is your personal space for managing data assets in Quick BI AIPro. In this space, you can add, manage, and share personal data files. You can also pre-train the data to improve the accuracy of AI analysis.

Prerequisites

  • You have logged on to Quick BI AIPro.

  • An administrator must grant data authorization before you can add corporate data assets.

Access the feature

Log on to Quick BI AIPro and go to My > My data.

Create a folder

Click the Create folder button, enter a Folder name, and click OK.

Add data

Click the Add data button in the upper-right corner. You can add your data from one of three sources: Local upload, API data source, or Corporate data mart.

Local upload

You can upload local files to your Quick BI AIPro data assets. This method is ideal for quickly analyzing local files, such as an Excel file exported from a third-party platform.

image

The procedure is as follows:

  1. In the Local file dialog box, click the upload area or drag the files that you want to upload into it.

    image

    Note
    • You can upload files in various formats, such as Excel, CSV, PDF, Word, Markdown, TXT, and images.

    • The maximum size for a single file is 50 MB.

  2. You can upload multiple files.

    Note

You can upload up to 10 local files at a time.

    image

The queue shows the files that you have selected for upload. If you accidentally select a file or no longer need to upload one, you can click the image icon to the right of the file to remove it.

  3. Select the destination folder in the Add to field. The default is the root directory. You can select an existing folder to organize your files.

  4. Click Confirm to complete the upload. The system automatically trains using the uploaded files. After the training is successful, you can start analysis tasks using this data asset.

    image

If the training fails or the data is updated, you can click Retrain.

API data source

API data refers to external data assets accessed through API operations. This is useful for scenarios that require connecting to third-party system data, such as pulling the latest customer follow-up records from a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system using an API operation.

In the dialog box, enter the API address or document that you want to connect to. Before connecting, check the API port and add the required IP addresses to the whitelist.

image

The procedure is as follows:

  1. In the Connect to API data dialog box, enter the API address or document that you want to connect to in the input box. Click the image icon to send the request. The intelligent assistant, Xiao Q, automatically parses the connection parameters from the API and attempts to connect.

    Note

Before connecting, check the API port and add the required IP addresses to the whitelist.

    • Only the following ports are supported: 443, 80, 3306, 465, 587, 5432, and 7001.

    • Add the Quick BI IP address ranges for different network environments to the API's whitelist: 47.101.108.0/24, 101.132.48.0/24, 47.101.107.0/24, 139.224.92.0/24, 139.224.4.0/24, 106.15.146.0/24, 106.15.145.0/24, 106.15.143.0/24, 106.15.14.0/24, 106.15.13.0/24, 11.193.48.0/24, 11.197.244.0/24, 10.152.69.0/24, 10.152.163.0/24, and 100.104.0.0/16.

Speech input and real-time chat are supported.

    • Click the image icon for speech input.

    • Click the image icon for real-time chat.

  2. After the operation is complete, Xiao Q provides a connection plan and a list of fields returned by the API. You can review this information in the dialog box. If everything is correct, set a Name and Save path for the API data. If the plan needs changes, you can adjust the generated content by chatting with Xiao Q.image

  3. Click Confirm and save to connect. The system then trains using the API data. After the training is complete, you can start analysis tasks with this data asset.

Corporate data mart

The corporate data mart centralizes all internal data assets, such as datasets, dashboards, table groups, and files. Users can request permissions as needed. You can also switch between workspaces to view the data content within each space.

You can add assets to My data as needed. For more information, see Data mart.
