Skills are analytical tools that you can invoke in a conversation, such as with the / command, to perform specific analysis tasks. This document describes how to view and add skills in My Skills.

Entry point

Log on to Quick BI AIPro and go to Me > My Skills.

Built-in skills

Quick BI AIPro supports the following built-in skills:

Skill name

Description

Intelligent Data Analysis

Ask questions in natural language about a dataset, dashboard, or uploaded data file to quickly get data insights.

  • core capability: Performs intelligent analysis based on data from a dataset or dashboard and your questions to generate data insights.

  • sample utterance: "How much did sales grow year-over-year this month?" "Help me analyze performance across regions."

Visual Report Generation

Generate a visual report from a data asset with a single click.

  • core capability: Generates a complete report with a metric overview and dimensional breakdown in one click.

  • sample utterance: "Generate a report based on this dataset." "Generate a dashboard with one click." "Automatically create a visual dashboard."

Scheduled Task Management

Schedules recurring push notifications and automated tasks.

  • core capability: Create, schedule, pause, and delete scheduled tasks.

  • sample utterance: "Generate a report based on the analysis above and send it to me at 9 AM every day."

Custom Skill Building

Build a custom skill that turns a business process into a reusable, conversational tool, with no coding required.

  • core capability: Generates a compliant skill configuration from a natural language conversation.

  • sample utterance: "Package this workflow as a skill." "I want to create a new custom skill."

PPT Presentation Generation

Generate an editable presentation in PPT format with a clear structure and consistent style in one click.

  • core capability: Intelligently generates presentation content based on a topic or outline, automatically matches templates and layouts, and exports the result as an editable PPT file.

  • sample utterance: "Make a PPT for me." "Generate a presentation based on this outline." "Create a report PPT with one click."

DingTalk

Connect to DingTalk Doc or DingTalk Sheets to retrieve, reference, and update content within a conversation.

  • core capability: Use natural language commands in a conversation to have the AI locate information in or update a DingTalk Doc or DingTalk Sheet.

  • sample utterance: "Find the top 3 sales figures in the 'Sales Data' sheet." "Update the 'Monthly Sales Analysis Report' doc with the content from this analysis."

You must authorize your DingTalk account before its first use.image

Add skill

Click the Add Skill icon to upload and create a skill.

Note

Only .zip (≤ 5 MB) and .md/.markdown (≤ 10 MB) files are supported.

View skills

  • You can view All, Installed, or Created by Me skills.

    • Installed: Skills that you installed from the Skill Marketplace and built-in skills.

    • Created by Me: Skills that you created on the My Skills page or in a conversation.

  • You can find skills by using keyword search.

  • You can change the Sort order.

Manage skills

  • On the My Skills page, you can manage the skills you have created.

    Actions

    Description

    Enable Skill

    You can only invoke a skill after it has been enabled.

    Add to Conversation

    Selects the current skill and automatically navigates to the new task page.

    View

    Views the Skill Details.

    Edit

    Edits the name, description, and other information of the skill.

    Publish to Enterprise

    Publishes the skill to the Skill Marketplace. You can set the visibility to Visible to all members or Visible to specified members.

    Note

    Only an administrator (a user with centralized management permissions for Quick BI AIPro) can publish skills.

    After publishing, you can view the skill in the Skill Marketplace.

    Delete

    In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete. This action cannot be undone.

  • For an installed skill, you can add it to a conversation, view its details, and uninstall it.image

  • For built-in skills, you can only add them to a conversation and view their details.
