Skills are analytical tools that you can invoke in a conversation, such as with the / command, to perform specific analysis tasks. This document describes how to view and add skills in My Skills.
Entry point
Log on to Quick BI AIPro and go to Me > My Skills.

Built-in skills
Quick BI AIPro supports the following built-in skills:

Scheduled Task Management | Schedules recurring push notifications and automated tasks.

Custom Skill Building | Build a custom skill that turns a business process into a reusable, conversational tool, with no coding required.

PPT Presentation Generation | Generate an editable presentation in PPT format with a clear structure and consistent style in one click.

DingTalk | Connect to DingTalk Doc or DingTalk Sheets to retrieve, reference, and update content within a conversation.
Note You must authorize your DingTalk account before its first use. |
Add skill
Click the Add Skill icon to upload and create a skill.
Only .zip (≤ 5 MB) and .md/.markdown (≤ 10 MB) files are supported.

View skills
You can view All, Installed, or Created by Me skills.

Installed: Skills that you installed from the Skill Marketplace and built-in skills.
Created by Me: Skills that you created on the My Skills page or in a conversation.
You can find skills by using keyword search.

You can change the Sort order.

Manage skills
On the My Skills page, you can manage the skills you have created.

Enable Skill
You can only invoke a skill after it has been enabled.

Add to Conversation
Selects the current skill and automatically navigates to the new task page.

Views the Skill Details.

Edit
Edits the name, description, and other information of the skill.

Publish to Enterprise
Publishes the skill to the Skill Marketplace. You can set the visibility to Visible to all members or Visible to specified members.
NoteOnly an administrator (a user with centralized management permissions for Quick BI AIPro) can publish skills.

After publishing, you can view the skill in the Skill Marketplace.

Delete
In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete. This action cannot be undone.

For an installed skill, you can add it to a conversation, view its details, and uninstall it.

For built-in skills, you can only add them to a conversation and view their details.
