My Subscriptions is the scheduled task management module in Quick BI AIPro. You can set important analyses as scheduled tasks; the system then automatically runs them at your specified frequency and delivers the results through various channels. This article explains how to create and manage subscriptions.
Accessing the feature
Log on to Quick BI AIPro and navigate to My > My Subscriptions.

Create a scheduled task
Create from the UI
Click the create scheduled task button.
On the create scheduled task page, configure the following parameters.

Task name
Enter a custom name for the task.
Execution schedule
Set the execution schedule for the task.

Task description
In natural language, describe the analysis task that you want the analysis assistant to run periodically. You can select the required data asset (①), skill (②), web search (③), and large model (④).
NoteThe web search feature is available only in the public cloud and is not supported for private deployments.
Push to specified users
You can send task results to DingTalk, Lark, WeCom, and email. For DingTalk, Lark, and WeCom, you can send results to individuals and groups.
Create a task through conversation
Enter a command to create a subscription.
For example: "Push this analysis result to me at 9 AM every day." The system then automatically creates the subscription.

Once created, you can view and manage the subscription in the My Subscriptions module.

Manage scheduled tasks
On the scheduled tasks page, you can perform the following actions.

① | Enable scheduled task | When enabled, the task runs according to its schedule. Disable this toggle if you no longer need the task to run. |
② | Edit task | Edit the current scheduled task. |
③ | Execution history | Click to view the task's execution history.

④ | Run now | Run the current scheduled task immediately. |
⑤ | Delete | Click Delete, then click Confirm in the confirmation dialog box to delete the task.

View execution history
Besides receiving results through channels like DingTalk, Lark, WeCom, and email, you can also view the execution history in the following ways:
Navigate to My Subscriptions > Execution History.
Click the Execution History tab to open its page.

You can find specific records by filtering by task name, execution time, and status.

On the Execution History page, you can select a record and perform the following actions.

Copy the Trace ID of the current execution record.
